Welcome to Mister Good Detail. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

Mister Good Detail provides professional vehicle detailing services including interior and exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other related treatments. The exact scope of services will be as described at the time of booking.

Bookings & Payments

* All services must be scheduled in advance.

* Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

* We accept Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, and Venmo.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

* Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee.

* Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee of up to $25.

* Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Vehicle Condition

* We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle poses a safety risk (e.g., biohazards, infestations).

* Extra charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other unusual conditions not disclosed during booking.

Liability

* Mister Good Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

* We are insured, but liability for damage caused during services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

* Customers must remove all valuables from their vehicles prior to service.

Mobile Services

If mobile services are provided:

* A safe, legal working space with access to water and electricity may be required.

* We are not liable for any parking violations or property issues if proper access isn’t provided.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
